This retreat will encompass daily yoga, cacao circle, meditation, hiking and nature. The design of this retreat is for all abilities, ages, and genders. We hope to empower each and every participant to create deeper roots with nature and learn indigineous practices and age old techniques to get to that self discovery. There will be shared accommodations, 3 meals a day, daily yoga and meditation classes and optional add on excursions offered each day.
