Where is the retreat held?
The retreat takes place in Sedona, Arizona, surrounded by red rock formations, desert trails, and wide-open skies. We’ll be staying in a beautiful, private home designed for comfort, connection, and rest after active days outdoors. The home boasts a heated pool, one private casita, 3 more king bedrooms and a bedroom with 4 full beds.
What is the weather like in Sedona in September?
Late September is one of the best times to visit Sedona.

We recommend layers — light clothing for hiking, and a sweater or jacket for mornings and evenings.
What are the accommodations like?
Our accommodations are elevated, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed for retreat living.

Room options include private king rooms, a stand-alone private casita, and shared bunk-style lodging. Pricing reflects room type, but all guests receive the same retreat experience.

What is the meal plan like?
Meals are nourishing, relaxed, and shared.

Breakfasts and light lunches are provided on retreat days. We accommodate dietary restrictions to the best of our ability when noted in advance.
Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Yes. Please share any dietary restrictions or allergies in the participant intake form. Meals will be inclusive and nourishing, though not highly customized.
What airport should I fly into?
Please fly into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). Sedona is approximately a 2-hour drive from the airport.
How do I get from Phoenix to Sedona?
Transportation from PHX to Sedona is not included, but we will work together as a group to coordinate the most cost-effective and comfortable options, including:

Ride coordination among participants
Once you arrive in Sedona, all transportation for hikes, outings, and group meals is included.
No one is expected to figure this out alone — we’ll assist with coordination in advance.
Do I need a car during the retreat?
No. Once in Sedona, you will not need to drive. Group transportation is provided for all retreat activities. If you enjoy your own freedom, or have plans before or after there will be space for a few cars in the driveway.
What level of fitness is required?
This retreat includes moderate hiking and daily yoga. You should be comfortable walking 3–5 miles on uneven terrain, at a supportive, conversational pace. Yoga is adaptable and accessible, with options offered.
Can I come alone?
Absolutely. Many guests attend solo. The retreat is designed to feel welcoming, grounded, and supportive — without pressure to be “on” all the time.
Is this a spiritual or ceremonial retreat?
This retreat is grounded and respectful, with an emphasis on nature, movement, and community. While we acknowledge the Indigenous stewards of the land, we do not include ceremonies or plant medicine. There will be cacao ceremonies as well as sound bath meditations. The experience is rooted in presence, care, and shared time outdoors.
Are optional treatments available?
Yes. Optional Reiki, massage, and cupping sessions may be available during free time and can be booked separately.
What should I bring?
A detailed packing list will be shared closer to the retreat. In general:

What is the cancellation policy?
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the retreat start date.

Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If the retreat does not meet minimum enrollment (4 guests) by August 1, all payments will be fully refunded.

If you cancel after submitting a deposit, your deposit may be applied toward a future retreat only if your spot is filled.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
