Join us for a magical weekend celebrating nature. Held at the Broadview Retreat House in Woodstock NY. We will enjoy yoga, hiking, and meditation everyday. Classes on breath work and Ayurvedic principles. Meditations every day including yoga nidra, sound bath and cacao. Come find balance and rest.
