we were the only group there at this time and had the space all to ourselves which afforded early morning dream circles, cacao ceremonies and daily yoga which varied depending on need; get moving, meditative, breath work, and lots of great stretches. Our evenings would include various workshops, more cacao and music. Fire Ceremony on the beach, under the moonlight with the Caribbean waters lapping up against the shore. Heaven on Earth This was an experience of a lifetime, I’ve already got a guest list of folks who can’t wait for next year!

Amaizing retreat in Costa Rica! The food, the location and the excursions to learn from the indigenous people were my favorite! Close to the beach and plenty of down time to relax as well as many offered classes on yoga and meditation. Loved it so much I am going back a second time!

Are flights included? No, participants book their own flights making sure to arrive in time for the shuttle!
What airport are we flying into in Costa Rica? SJO- San Juan, Costa Rica NOT California!!
What are the shared Bedrooms like? They have two beds and a private bathroom. Just like a hotel they are cleaned daily.
Is there a pool? No, there isn't a pool but we are steps from a beautiful sandy beach.
Is it safe? Yes, this is a safe part of the country and we have hosted here many times.
What currency is used? USD or colones are widely accepted.
What is Cacao? Cacao is raw chocolate, there is no hallucinogenic properties in cacao.
I have a food allergy, can they accommodate me? Yes, while the meals are all vegetarian, they can accommodate gluten free, nut free, vegan and more.
How large is the retreat?
The participants are typically around 10, that way no one feels left out.
